The room was very clean and illuminated, bed and pillows very comfortable, Wi-Fi speed very fast and fresh brewed coffee at any time. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for your professionalism during check in and check out process.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warrensburg North was fantastic! The customer service was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, I felt welcome and valued as a guest. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and well-lit, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
Matthew at the front desk was an exceptional employee. He was so good to work with as we asked about making changes to our reservations. His customer service skills were the best I've seen in a while. Our room was very clean. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel, the view is beautiful with a line of trees to look at from any room. The breakfast area was super clean. The food was just what I've come to expect, good variety, OK quality and outstanding breakfast help.
Nice room. Very clean and new. Good breakfast. Service was very good and accommodating. Probably the nicest hotel in the area. But its out of the way for sure. And the fact they raised their room prices by $100 for Homecoming weekend really left a sour taste of my visit. Probably won't be back for $500 for two nights.
Easy to find. Right off the highway. Front desk staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is free and the choices are average. Bed was comfy. Large room. With a quiet view. Back room from traffic. Whatever issues arose, staff was quick to fix. Some issues with plumbing but it was noted to fix. We enjoyed the town. Nice hair salon with friendly ladies. Gave us the inside scoop of places to enjoy. We did not get to enjoy the hotel as much as we would have liked. There was just not enough time, on our 3 day visit.
The entire facility was pristine clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was immaculately clean, the only thing better was the personal service received from Eryn & Kaela! They are an asset.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The entire property was very clean and clearly well-managed, which made the experience comfortable from start to finish. The continental breakfast was absolutely amazing — one of the best I’ve seen. There was a big variety of options, everything was well-prepared, beautifully displayed, and genuinely tasty. A special shout-out to Emily, who was in charge of the breakfast area. She did an outstanding job keeping everything fresh, organized, and beautifully presented. Her hard work truly made the mornings exceptional. Overall, an excellent stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.
Spent 30 days here on a business trip and have nothing but good things to say about my stay. Room was kept clean, breakfast was always filling, and myself and my team used the back patio area a few times to cook out on the provided propane grill. Staff was always friendly and available to help. Will definitely stay here in the future if/when the need comes up.
